Corporate Governance

Corporate governance specifies the distribution of rights and responsibilities among different participants in CW Systems, such as managers, and other interested parties, specifying the rules and procedures for making decisions on company’s affairs. It also provides the structure through which company’s objectives are set, the means of attaining those objectives and monitoring performance which includes but is not limited to:

  • Ethical and responsible decision making
  • Code of Conduct
  • Equal Opportunity

Ethical and responsible decision making

Our reputation is one of our most respected assets and is based around creating long-term value. Therefore, we act honestly and with integrity amongst our network, care for our employees and create a safe workplace environment.

We apply the appropriate controls and risk management policies which include risk monitoring and reporting on a continual basis because establishing a culture that places weighting on ethical decision making is vital to individual and team well-being. Remuneration is also sufficient to help attract and retain employees, incentivise performance and used to reward success.
