It also provides the structure through which company’s objectives are set, the means of attaining those objectives and monitoring performance which includes but is not limited to:

Ethical and responsible decision making

Our reputation is one of our most respected assets and is based around creating long-term value. Therefore, we act honestly and with integrity amongst our network, care for our employees and create a safe workplace environment.

We apply the appropriate controls and risk management policies which include risk monitoring and reporting on a continual basis because establishing a culture that places weighting on ethical decision making is vital to individual and team well-being. Remuneration is also sufficient to help attract and retain employees, incentivise performance and used to reward success.
