Modern Masterpiece

This project focused on creating a calm and practical home environment using carefully selected plantation shutters. The home includes several bedrooms, living spaces, and wet areas. Therefore, each room required a slightly different shutter solution.

To achieve the right balance across the home, two plantation shutter collections were selected: Bayview and Oasis. These collections offer different characteristics suited to different environments. As a result, the shutters could be matched carefully to the function of each room.

First, bedrooms and living areas were considered. These spaces benefit from warmth, privacy, and flexible light control. Here, the Bayview plantation shutters provided a refined and timeless look while supporting everyday comfort.

Meanwhile, areas exposed to higher use or moisture required a different approach. Wet spaces and higher-traffic areas were fitted with Oasis plantation shutters, which are well suited to demanding environments. This ensured the shutters would continue to perform well while maintaining the overall design of the home.

Privacy was also an important consideration. Plantation shutters allow natural light to enter while still protecting the home from neighbouring views. Adjustable louvres make it easy to control sunlight throughout the day. As a result, the home remains bright while maintaining comfort and privacy.

Together, the Bayview and Oasis plantation shutter collections create a home that feels calm, warm, and welcoming. Each space benefits from a shutter suited to its environment, while the consistent finish ties the entire interior together.
